Check this Out >>I created it using a picture of a pink border from a lame certificate that I received a long time ago. then changed the color to blue in Photoshop and removed the rest of the information. Then in Adobe professional 7 I opened the png file and added the Text boxes and made only three fillable. The whole thing was approved by HR if I did not use the entire title "Brigham Young University." So instead I used BYU and the Center where we work. I looks nice eh?
It will be used when there is an exceptional effort put forward by one of our students or a really good Survey result. We are thinking of using it if the student receives a 5 on their semester evaluations. Which is very very difficult to achieve.
