I created it using a picture of a pink border from a lame certificate that I received a long time ago. then changed the color to blue in Photoshop and removed the rest of the information. Then in Adobe professional 7 I opened the png file and added the Text boxes and made only three fillable. The whole thing was approved by HR if I did not use the entire title "Brigham Young University." So instead I used BYU and the Center where we work. I looks nice eh?

It will be used when there is an exceptional effort put forward by one of our students or a really good Survey result. We are thinking of using it if the student receives a 5 on their semester evaluations. Which is very very difficult to achieve.

Nouveau Riche University

Well, Today I did it. I have signed up with Nouveau Riche. It is a highly professional University that only teaches Real Estate Investment. What a thrill. I have seen the markets change up and down, and the housing market be the steady bell weather.

I am excited because I will be learning from some of the best in the nation and they will be mentoring me. Could you ask for anything more? To be able to shadow someone who has made millions buying and selling property.
